It was brought to our notice that in the order dated 07.02.2025 in the title as well as in the first paragraph, it is mentioned as Criminal Writ Petition No. 846 of 2016 and in the last paragraph it was by SEEMA KSHITIJ YELKAR Date:

This is an Application for restoration of Criminal Application No.846/2016 which was dismissed for non-prosecution vide order dated 8.4.2024.

Heard Mr. Vivek Gupta, learned counsel for the Applicants and Smt. M.H.Mhatre, learned APP for the RespondentState. 3.

Learned counsel for the Applicants submitted that when the matter was called out, he missed the matter. This was an inadvertent mistake. It was not deliberate.

Considering these submissions and in the interest of justice, the Application is allowed.

Criminal Application No.846/2016 is restored to its original file. It shall be placed for further consideration on 3.4.2025. Interim Application is disposed of accordingly.
