In this application, a detailed affidavit-in-reply is filed on behalf of the State of Maharashtra, opposing the prayer for relaxation of condition (c) imposed on the applicants, while granting them bail on 16.04.2024. One of the statements made on affidavit is that, the applicants failed to comply with conditions (d) and (f) in the very same order. This is a serious matter.
