The learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to amend the application and the appeal memo as in the cause title it is inadvertently mentioned as accused is currently lodged in Kolhapur prison instead of Yerwada prison. Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. The learned counsel further seeks said correction in the order dated 20 January 2025 to be mentioned as Yerwada prison instead of Kolhapur prison.
