This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the Appeal. The applicant was convicted and sentenced by the learned Special Judge, Greater Bombay, in POCSO Special Case No.281 of 2019, under section 7 r/w. 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and under sections 342 and 354 of the I.P.C. The major sentence imposed on him was R.I. for three years besides imposition of fine. The said Judgment and order was passed on 15.05.2024. The Appeal was filed on 01.07.2024.
