The applicant - Nikita Sanjay Kangane has sent a letter through jail. In the said letter, she has requested that Adv. Yuvraj Tajane be permitted to argue her case. She has stated that her earlier advocate i.e. Adv. Ashraf Ali Akhtar Shaikh is not giving his NOC. She further states that her financial condition is also not good.

Mr. Tajane states that the earlier advocate is refusing to give his NOC and hence, he could not file his Vakalatnama in the said case.

Considering the letter dated 13.07.2024 sent by the applicant through jail, we direct the Registry to accept the Vakalatnama of Adv. Yuvraj Tajane without insisting on an NOC from the earlier advocate. Mr. Tajane after filing his Vakalatnama, to collect the paper book from the Registry. 4.

Stand over to 21st October, 2024.
