1) By the present Interim Application, the Applicant is seeking interim relief of quashing the Look-Out Circular issued against him by the Deccan Police Station, Pune, in C.R. No. 43 of 2023, under Sections 498A, 420, 406, 323, 504, 506 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 & 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, now culminated into R.C.C. No. 3309 of 2023 pending on the file of learned 11th Jt. C.J.J.D. and J.M.F.C., Pune. 2) Mr. Badekha, learned counsel appearing for Applicant submitted that, the Applicant will come from Chicago, United States of America to 1/2

Osk 52-Ia-3792-2024.doc Mumbai on 25th September 2024 and will appear before the 11th Jt. C.J.J.D. and J.M.F.C., Pune on or before 27th September 2024. He submitted that, for any unforeseen reason which is beyond the control of the Applicant, if he is unable to appear before the trial Court on or before 27th September 2024, in that eventuality, he will appear before the trial Court on or before 4th October 2024. The said statement is accepted. He tendered across the bar Affidavit of the Applicant dated 6th September 2024 duly affirmed before a Notary Public, State of Illinois, Commission No. 974628, United States of America, reiterating the said facts.

3) In view thereof, Look-Out Circular issued against the Applicant is suspended for a period starting from 12.00 a.m. of 25th September 2024 till 7th October 2024. The Applicant shall report to this Court about his attending trial Court on or before 4th October 2024, on 7th October 2024. 4) The Senior Inspector of Police of the Deccan Police Station, Pune, is directed to communicate present Order to all the concerned at the Airport to facilitate the Applicant to enter India via Mumbai Airport, to enable him to attend the trial Court as noted above. 5) Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
