This is an application for condonation of delay of 1 year and 233 days in filing Appeal against the Judgment and Order dated 04/11/2022 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Solapur, in Sessions Case No.202/2018.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that the Applicant has poor financial background. His parents are above Digitally signed by MANUSHREE NESARIKAR Date:

Learned APP does not have serious objection for condonation of delay.
