This is an application for condonation of the delay of fifty days in filing the Appeal against the Judgment and order dated 10.05.2024 passed by the learned Special Judge, RaigadAlibag, in Special (POCSO) Case No.13 of 2023. 2.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that the applicant is in a poor financial state. There is no one to look-after his interests in his family.
