The applicant was granted bail on 23rd January 2024. 2.

By way of present application the applicant is seeking to furnish PR bond of Rs. 10,000/- immediately before the release of the applicant and to furnish local solvent surety in the like amount within one month after release of the applicant.

Though the applicant was granted bail on 23rd January 2024 because of his inability to furnish local surety, he is in jail from last about 10 months.

In the circumstances, considering the well settled law, I am of the varsha

Accordingly, the application is allowed.

Condition No. (a) of the order dated 23rd January 2024 is modified to the extent that the applicant is permitted to furnish PR bond of Rs. 10,000/- before release and one month time is granted to furnish one local solvent surety in the like amount after the release of the applicant.

All other conditions shall remain as it is.
