1) This is an Application for restoration of Criminal Writ Petition No.3454 of 2024, which was dismissed for non-prosecution by Order dated 13th August 2024.

2) The reason for dismissing the Petition has been aptly mentioned in para No.1 of the said Order. However, at the profused request of learned counsel for the Applicant and on a statement made by him that, the Applicants will pay a cost of Rs.3,000/- to the Kirtikar Law Library, High Court, Mumbai, within a period of two weeks from the date of uploading of present Order on the official website of Bombay High Court, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
