P. C. :- 1) The aforenoted Interim Applications are for return of the amount of surety, submitted by the Petitioner while releasing him on parole leave.

2) Learned APP, on instructions from the Superintendent, Nashik Road Central Prison submitted that, the surety amount of Rs.20,000/- has been returned to the surety namely Uttam Padkya Pawara. He produced on record a communication dated 12th June, 2025 received by him from the concerned Authority along with photocopy of receipt executed by Uttam Padkya Pawara indicating the return of the said surety amount to him. 1/2
