DATED:- 1st OCTOBER, 2024 PC :- 1) This is an application for modification of condition imposed by this Court while granting bail to the applicant on 2nd May, 2024. The applicant was directed to be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.25,000/- with one or two local solvent sureties in the like amount. 2) By this application, the applicant is seeking modification of the condition to the extent to allow him to give sureties within one month and presently he may be permitted to furnish P.R Bond. 1/2

903-IA-3878-24.DOC 3) The applicant is in jail from May, 2024, despite the bail was granted as he could not furnish solvent surety. 4) Thus, considering the well settled principle of law, the applicant is permitted to be released on bail on furnishing P.R Bond of Rs.25,000/- and further one or two local sureties in the like amount in one month after the release of the applicant.

5) Accordingly, the order dated 2nd May, 2024 is modified. 6) The modified order be uploaded afresh.

7) The application is disposed of accordingly.
