Mr. Shinde to file his vakalatnama on behalf of the appellant, if not filed and Registry to accept the vakalatnama of Mr. Dilip Shinde.

Accordingly, we discharge Mr. Prosper D'souza who was earlier appointed by the Legal Services Authority. Registry to ensure that the name of Mr. Prosper D'souza is not shown on board on the next date.
