DATE : 4th FEBRUARY, 2025 P.C. :- Mr. Dave, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant fairly submits that apart from Rs.10,00,000/- deposited by the applicant, in order to put an end to the litigation, which is purely of a civil nature, the applicant is further ready to deposit a further sum of Rs.3,50,000/-.

However, Mr. Darji, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no.2 submits that the total amount payable to the first informant was Rs.14,50,000/-. Therefore, a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- should also be paid by the applicant. He submits that the first informant is not ready to accept the offer placed by the applicant. 3.
Since certain protective orders are passed by His Lordship Mr.Justice R.N.Laddha on 1st August, 2024, Registry to verify and place the matter before the appropriate Court.
