We are informed that the complainant Sanjay Gaikwad has passed away. Today the mother of the victim and the widow of Sanjay Gaikwad is present before us who seek assistance through Legal Aid.

We appoint Advocate, Ms Deepa Punjani to represent the victim and her mother who are present before us today. The Legal Services Authority shall intimate Ms Punjani of her appointment and hand over all the necessary documents/proceedings to her. Ms Punjani is also at liberty to establish contact with Ms Deshmukh, the learned APP, who have retained the contact number of the mother of the victim and we permit Ms Punjani to obtain the necessary instructions R.V.Patil
