Ms Sana Khan, the learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant was unable to attend the concerned Police Station due to a medical emergency, as he was hospitalised in critical condition. The learned Counsel requests an adjournment to submit the medical papers and assures the Court that the applicant will attend the police station and cooperate with the investigation once discharged from the hospital.
