1.
This is an Application for expediting the final hearing of Criminal Contempt Petition No.4 of 2016. 2.
The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Respondent No.1 invited our attention to the previous orders Satish Sangar
6-IA-3918-2024-IN-CONP-4-2016.odt dated 7th June 2023 and 12th August 2024. A Co-ordinate Bench vide the order dated 7th June 2023 had observed, that "List the Petition on final hearing board as per its own turn." 3.
Learned Senior Counsel for Respondent No.1 submitted, that the Petitioner has already initiated a civil suit for possession of the property and in which the Application at Exhibit-5 in the suit, for interim relief was rejected. He submitted that no special grounds are made out for taking the matter out of turn.
4.
Learned counsel for the Applicant, submitted that she has no instructions about the civil suit. 5.
Considering the earlier order passed by the Coordinate Bench on 7th June 2023, we do not see any reason to list this matter out of turn. Hence, Petition be listed as per its own turn in due course.
6.
In view of these observations, the Application stands disposed of.
