By this Application, the Applicant is praying for relaxation of the bail conditions imposed by this Court. 2.
The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that, this Court (Coram : M.S. Karnik, J.) by order dated 20th February 2023 has released the Applicant on bail and has imposed the condition that, the Applicant shall report to the Navghar Police Station and shall not leave area of Thane and Mumbai without prior permission of the Trial Court.

The learned counsel further submitted that, the Applicant is businessman be has to leave Thane and Mumbai for his business purpose and he is finding difficult to take permission of the Trial Court. Hence, requested to allow the Application. 4.
The learned counsel APP strongly objected on the ground that, if condition is relaxed the Applicant may abscond. Hence, requested to reject the Application.

I have heard both learned counsel. perused order passed by this Court.

Considering the submission of both learned counsel and the Applicant is attending Court dates regularly, I pass following order.
ORDER
(i) The Condition Nos.(c) and (e) imposed on the Applicant by this Court (Coram :M.S. Karnik, J.) by order dated 28th Bursary 2023 are relaxed.
(ii) The Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
