By this Application, the Applicant is seeking modification of the order this Court.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submit that, the Applicant has been directed to give attendance to Njarackal Police Station, Kochi. Now the Applicant has changed his address and at present he stay's in jurisdiction of Edathala Police N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

59-IA-4001-24 IN BA-488-18.doc Station. Hence, he be permitted to attend Edathala Police Station as and when required as directed by this Court. 4.

The learned APP submitted that, appropriate order be passed.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the Applicant, the Applicant shall give attendance to "Edathala Police Station" instead of "Njarackal Police Station". 6.

The Applicant shall furnish his address and Adhar card to ATS, Kalachowki Police Station.
