Learned counsel for Applicant seeks modification of Bail Order dated 16th July 2024 on the ground that there is no one to look after his family at Kangaon, District Pune.

Sufficient period has lapsed after the order granting bail is passed i.e. 16th July 2004. Considering further fact that while granting bail to the co-accused, similar condition was not imposed, thus, I am of the opinion that application needs to be allowed. 3.

Accordingly the condition number (b) imposed while granting bail vide order dated 16th July 2024 in Criminal Bail application No.2881 of 2024 to the effect that the Applicant not to enter into Pune District is hereby relaxed.

The Applicant shall attend Yavat Police Station, Taluka Daund, District Pune where the FIR was originally registered, on every
