This Court by order dated 7th August 2024 in Criminal bail Application No.1907 of 2024 while releasing the applicant on bail, has inter-alia imposed the following condition : "The applicant shall not enter within the territorial jurisdiction of Dindori Police Station, District : Nashik (Rural) till conclusion of trial except for attending trial;" 2.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that due to the above condition the applicant is not able to meet his mother who is 91 years old and is not well. It is thus Zeenat Pathan

On the other hand, the learned A.P.P. for the Respondent No.1-State and learned counsel for the Respondent No.2/Complainant submit that there is threat to the life of respondent No.2/complainant. In support of submission the learned counsel for respondent No.2/complainant has drawn my attention to report lodged on 19.04.2025 and F.I.R dated 17.03.2024. It is submitted that considering the overall facts and circumstances, condition may not be relaxed.

Considering the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to relax the condition in question. However, as the mother of the applicant, who is 91 years old and is not keeping well, the applicant is hereby allowed to meet his mother once in a week i.e. from 3:00 p.m. of Saturday to 5:00 p.m. of Sunday. Ordered accordingly.

The interim application is disposed of in aforesaid term.
