In that view of the matter, the Writ Petition came to be dismissed. 3) Considering this ground and in the interest of justice, we are inclined to allow this Application so that the Writ Petition can be decided on the merits of the matter. The Criminal Writ Petition No.2990 of 2024 is restored to its original file. 4) Learned counsel for the Applicants is at liberty to get the matter circulated for admission by giving notice to other side. 5) The Interim Application is disposed of.
