Learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that the Appeal be heard expeditiously and if it is to be listed for final hearing, then he will not press this application. 3.

Considering that the Applicant is in custody since September 2015, the matter be listed on the weekly final hearing board commencing from 28/07/2025 High on Board along with its companion Appeals.
