By this application, the applicant is seeking withdrawal of the amount deposited by the Respondents.

Considering the submissions of both learned counsel and the reasons mentioned in the application, I pass following order:

ORDER

i) The Interim Application No. 4061 of 2024 is allowed and disposed of.

ii) The applicant is permitted to withdraw amount of Rs.5,00,000/- and Rs.3,78,400/- deposited before Judicial Magistrate First Class, Bhivandi with undertaking that applicant shall re-deposit the said amount before this Court as and when required.
