This Application is for restoration of Criminal Writ Petition No.2877 of 2024, which was dismissed for non prosecution vide order dated 06.09.2024. The learned counsel for the Applicants states that on that date he tried to appear in Court through Video Conferencing (VC), but due to some technical difficulty there was no connection, and therefore, he could not remain present through VC and the matter was dismissed.
