sg 29.aba2539-24.doc directed by this Court on 10 September 2024, the applicant has attended the concerned police station and cooperated with the investigation.

The learned Counsel for the applicant further submits that the applicant will answer the questionnaire provided by the Investigating Officer within two weeks from today, positively, in writing, reserving his rights of not answering the self-incriminating questions. He is ready to attend the concerned police station as and when required by the Investigation Officer.

Mr Viral Babar, learned Counsel, appears for respondent no.2. He also seeks time. At the joint request of the learned Counsel for the parties, stand over to 27 November 2024. Earlier order of no coercive action shall continue to operate till the next date. 5.
Since the the intervener is arrayed as the respondent in the anticipatory bail application, the interim application stands disposed of.
