By this Application, the Applicant is praying for relaxation of the bail conditions imposed by this Court. 2.
The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that, this Court (Coram : M.S. Karnik, J.) by order dated 11th January 2023 has released the Applicant on bail and has imposed the condition that, the Applicant shall report to the Economic Offence Wing, Thane City once in a month.

The learned counsel APP strongly objected on the ground that, if condition is relaxed the Applicant may abscond. Hence, requested to reject the Application.

I have heard both learned counsel. Perused order passed by this Court.

Considering the submission of both learned counsel and the Applicant is attending Court dates regularly, I pass following order.
ORDER
(i) The Condition No.(b) imposed on the Applicant by this Court (Coram :M.S. Karnik, J.) by order dated 11th January 2023 is relaxed.
(ii) The Applicant shall attend the Economic Offence Wing, Thane City as and when required. (iii) The Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
