916-IA-4177-24+BA.DOC 3) As far as condition (c) is concerned, considering that the applicant was released on bail a year back, I am of the opinion that purpose of imposing such a condition would not frustrate, if the applicant attends Police Station once in a month.
4) Accordingly, the applicant is directed to attend Police Station on 1st day of every month between 10.00 am to 11.00 am. 5) As far as condition (e) is concerned, it is modified to the effect that the applicant is permitted to apply for leave of the Special Court whenever such occasion arises to leave the jurisdiction of the Special Court.
