Mr. Satyavrat Joshi, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant, on instructions, states that the Applicant will withdraw this Anticipatory Bail Application, as the antecedents have remained to be disclosed. He states that leave be granted to file a fresh Anticipatory Bail Application and the Applicant will disclose all the criminal antecedents in such fresh Anticipatory Bail Application and the Intervenor i.e. First Informant will be impleaded as Respondent in such fresh Anticipatory Bail Application.

Mr. Joshi, learned Counsel, further states that, however, a learned Single Judge by order dated 14th October 2024 passed in this Anticipatory Bail Application has granted interim protection. The same be continued for a period of one week. 3.
Accordingly, the Anticipatory Bail Application No.2776 of 2024 is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh Anticipatory Bail Application and for period of 7 days i.e. till 3rd October 2025 the interim protection granted by a learned Single Judge by Order dated 14th October 2024 in Anticipatory Bail Application No.2591 of 2024 shall remain in operation.

In view of withdrawal of the Anticipatory Bail Application, nothing survives in the Interim Applications and the same are also disposed of.
