Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

By this application, the applicant is seeking modification of condition (ii) in bail order dated 12th September 2023 passed by this Court in the above bail application.

It is contention of learned counsel for the applicant that this Court has released the applicant on bail. While passing the order, this Court has directed the applicant to attend Vijapur Naka Police Station, Solapur, once in a month i.e. on every first Monday of the month till framing of charge. Learned counsel further submitted that prosecution has filed charge-sheet against the applicant, yet charge has not been SHUBHADA SHANKAR KADAM framed. Learned APP strongly objected the application on the ground that if the said condition is relaxed, the applicant may abscond. 5.

I have heard both learned counsel. Charge-sheet is filed against the applicant. The applicant is attending the Court dates regularly. Considering these facts, I pass following order :

O R D E R

Condition No.(ii) imposed on the applicant by order dated 12th September 2023 to attend Vijapur Naka Police Station, Solapur, on every 1st Monday of the month is relaxed. 2.

The applicant shall attend court dates regularly. The application is allowed in above terms and disposed of. (SHIVKUMAR DIGE, J.) 2/2
