P.C.:- 1) This is an Application for restoration of Writ Petition No.6179 of 2021, which was dismissed for non-compliance of paragraph No.2 of self-operative Order dated 27th June, 2023.

2) There is a delay of about one year in filing the present Application.

3) Learned Advocate for the Applicant submitted that, for condonation of the said delay, the Applicant will pay a cost of Rs.5,000/- to 1/2
