By this Application, the Applicant is praying for relaxation of the bail condition Nos.(c) and (d) and modification of condition No.(b) imposed by this Court (Coram: M.S. Karnik, J.) by order dated 6th January 2023.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that, the conditions imposed on the co-accused has been relaxed by this Court (Coram : Manish Pitale, J.), hence, Applicant is seeking relief on principle of parity. Hence, requested to allow the N.S. Kamble page 1 of 3
Application.

The learned APP for the Respondent-State strongly objected to allow the Application and requested to reject the Application.

I have heard both learned counsel. perused order passed by this Court.

In the Application of the co-accused this Court (Coram : Manish Pitale, J.) by order dated 5th September 2024 relaxed the conditions i.e. the Applicant shall report to the concerned Police Station twice a month i.e. on 1st and 3rd Monday of every month between 11.oo am to 1.00 p.m.

In view of above, I pass following order.
ORDER
(i) The Condition No.(c) and (d) imposed on the Applicant by this Court (Coram : M.S. Karnik, J.) by order dated 6th January 2023 is relaxed.
(ii) The Condition No.(b) is modified as under:- N.S. Kamble page 2 of 3
"The Applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station, as and when required by the Investigating Officer."
(iii) The Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
