LATA SUNIL PANJWANI This is an application for restoration of the Criminal Writ Petition No.4911/2022 which was dismissed vide the order dated 21st August 2024 for non-prosecution. Learned Counsel for the Petitioners-Applicants submitted that he had got the main matter circulated but due to some confusion he could not maintain his diary properly and, therefore, he did not remain present when the matter was called out. He submitted that the said lapse was unintentional. He had a good case on merits and in the interest of justice the writ petition be restored. He also prayed that ad-interim relief granted by the order dated 3rd October 2023 may also be restored. 2.

Considering these submissions and in the interest of justice the

The ad-interim relief granted vide the order dated 3rd October 2023 also stands revived till the next date of listing of the criminal writ petition 4.
