This is an Application for modification of the condition (d) of paragraph 9 of the order dated 2nd March 2023. By order dated 30th August 2023, the said condition was partially modified to the extent that the Applicant was permitted to report to the nearest police station instead of DRI Office at Marine Lines as per the original order dated 2nd March 2023. 2.

Mr. Rajendra Bidkar, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant, submits that now the trial is underway and no 14th January 2026

906-IA-4225-2024.DOC purpose will be served by continued attendance of the Applicant before the nearest police station since she is already attending the Trial Court on every date.

Accordingly, in view of the averments made in the Application and considering the submissions made by Mr. Bidkar, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant, I am of the view that interest of justice will be sub-served if the Applicant is exempted from attending the police station. 4.

Rest of the order dated 2nd March 2023 followed by order dated 30th August 2023, shall remain as it is. 5.
