In these applications, on 11th September 2024, this Court granted interim relief in favour of the applicants by making certain observations and also directing the applicants to appear before the Investigating Officer on specific dates to present all documentary
material in support of the assertions made before this Court. According to the learned counsel for the applicants, they have cooperated with the investigation, but the learned APP, on instructions, submits that applicant-Jay Ajay Katalkar (applicant in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 2341 of 2024) and applicantDev Sanjay Katalkar (applicant in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 2345 of 2024), have not appeared before the Investigating Officer.

In this situation, it would be appropriate that the aforesaid two applicants i.e. Jay Katalkar and Dev Katalkar shall specifically remain present before the Investigating Officer on 5th December 2024 between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon, along with all documentary material in support of their contentions, so as to cooperate with the investigation.

List these applications for further consideration on 17th December 2024, to be included in the supplementary list. 4.
The interim order shall continue to operate till then. 5.
Liberty is granted to the applicants to circulate a copy of the charge-sheet in a separate volume before the next date of listing. MANISH PITALE, J.
