This is an application for restoration of the Criminal Writ Petition No. 2856 of 2022. Learned Counsel Shri Gorade appears today and submitted that when this matter was dismissed vide the order dated 28.06.2024, he was really unwell, but he had not visited the Doctor and therefore, medical certificate could not be produced. In those circumstances, petition came to be dismissed.
