Learned counsel for the applicant submits that this Court by order dated 21.03.2024 (Coram : M.S.Karnik, J.) has directed the applicant to deposit Rs.25 lakhs within 12 weeks. But the applicant could not deposit the said amount, hence requested for extension of time to deposit the amount. Learned counsel for the applicant further submitted that applicant undertakes to deposit Rs.5 lakhs before the lower Court by tomorrow and remaining Rs.25 lakhs will be deposited before this Court within three months. His statement is accepted.

Time to deposit Rs.25 lakhs is extended. The appliant shall deposit Rs.5 lakhs by tomorrow before the lower Court and remaining Rs.25 lakhs before this Court within three months. No further extension to deposit the amount is granted.
