By this application the applicant seeks relaxation of condition imposed on him vide order dated 21st March 2024 passed in Bail Application No. 3379 of 2023.

In the said order, the statement of the applicant was recorded that he will pay amount of Rs. 25 Lakhs upfront and remaining Rs. 25 Lakhs will be paid within 12 weeks after his release on bail.

By this application, the applicant contends that since he is behind bar, upfront amount could not be raised and only Rs. 5 Lakhs would be deposited by his parents. If he is released on bail, he Iresh
87.4291.24 IA.DOC undertakes to deposit the remaining amount of Rs.20 Lakhs within 60 days from the date of his release on bail and Rs. 25 Lakhs within 150 days from the date of his release.

Upon hearing learned advocate for the applicant, learned APP and learned advocate for the informant and after considering averments made in the application, this Court is of the view that the application deserves to be allowed as follows:
O R D E R
I.
The application is allowed.
II.
Applicant be released on bail on furnishing personal bond of Rs. 5 Lakhs with one surety in like amount.
III.
After his release, the applicant shall deposit the amount Rs. 20 Lakhs within 60 days and remaining Rs. 25 Lakhs within 150 days. IV.
It is made clear that upon breach of the said undertaking, the applicant shall be liable to be arrested.
