This application is moved through legal aid for permission to furnish cash bail security for a specific period, so as to enable the applicants to be released on bail, in terms of order dated 19.08.2024, so that the applicants can abide by condition (i) imposed in paragraph No.13 of the said order, which requires them to furnish P.R. Bond of 50,000/- each and one or two sureties in the like ₹ amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. 2.

The learned counsel appointed through legal aid, is pressing for relief, while the learned APP has opposed the aforesaid prayer. But, considering the overall circumstances and in the interest of justice, the aforesaid prayer is granted.

Accordingly, the applicants are permitted to furnish cash bail security for an amount of 50,000/- each for a period of 6 weeks, in ₹ order to abide by the aforesaid condition imposed in the order dated 19.08.2024.
