Apparently, the learned Advocate for the Petitioners desires that this praecipe should be treated as a motion for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 10th January, 2025 passed in Interim Application No.4301 of 2024.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that he had made an oral request for deleting Applicant No.2 from the Interim Application. Inadvertently, in paragraphs 2 and 3, it has been Gauri Gaekwad

In view of the above, this motion is disposed off. 4.

Therefore, the word "Applicant No.1" be replaced by "Applicant No.2" in paragraphs 2 and 3 of the order dated 10th January, 2025.
