The learned counsel for the applicant in the present interim application has drawn my attention to the order passed by this Court dated 18.04.2024 in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 865 of 2021. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that by the said order this Court has permitted the present applicant to withdraw the amount of Rs.5,00,000/- deposited by the applicants in the said anticipatory bail application. It is submitted that though one of the prayers in the present application is to cancel the Pramod S.Lakare 1/2

47-ia-3412-2024.doc anticipatory bail, in view of breach of one of the conditions, however, in view of subsequent developments, at this stage the applicant does not want to press the said prayer. The learned counsel, however, submits that the present applicant be permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.5,00,000/-.

In terms of the order passed by this Court dated 18.04.2024 in Anticipatory Bail Application No.865 of 2021, the Registry shall pay the amount of Rs.5,00,000/- deposited by the applicants in the said anticipatory bail application, to the present applicant with accrued interest, if any.

The Interim Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
