Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant has been convicted for three years Simple Imprisonment and trial Court has suspended the sentence of the Applicant. Learned counsel for the Applicant further submitted that Applicant has paid the fine. Hence, he requested that the interim relief dated 21st October, 2024 granted by the trial Court be continued till the next date.

Learned SPP submits that he has been served the copy of appeal and application last date hence, seeks time to go through it. 4.

Considering the submissions of all learned counsel, interim relief granted by the trial Court is continued till the next date. 5.
