Heard learned Counsel for the applicant.

Undisputedly, the title deed in respect of Flat No.B/1802, Evergreen, Rodas Enclave, Hiranandani Estate, Off. Ghodbandar Road, Thane (W) has been deposited in this Court pursuant to an order dated 4th May, 2022.

Admittedly, the appeal is still pending against the judgment and order of conviction rendered by the Additional Sessions

The contention of the Counsel for the applicant is that the title deeds came to be deposited only because the applicant intended to travel abroad. Since he has returned, the documents are now required by him. It is not the contention of the learned Counsel that till the appeal is disposed of, the applicant will not go or travel abroad. However, he seeks time to take instructions since the applicant is now in Hyderabad.
