By this application, the applicant is seeking return of original title deeds deposited before this Court pertaining to Flat No. B-1802, Evergreen, Rodas Enclave, Hiranandani Estate, Off Ghodbundar Road, Thane.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the above title deeds is deposited before this Court as applicant had intention to travel abroad and as a security the said title deeds were deposited before this Court and now applicant does not want to travel abroad hence the said documents be returned to the applicant.

Learned APP submits that as applicant is not intending to travel abroad, hence appropriate order be passed.

I have heard both the learned counsel. Considering submission of learned counsel for the applicant, I pass following order.

ORDER

The original title deeds pertaining to Flat No. B-1802, Evergreen, Rodas Enclave, Hiranandani Estate, Off Ghodbundar Road, Thane be returned to the applicant. 5.
