This is an application for condonation of delay of 171 days in filing Appeal against the Judgment and Order dated 23/02/2024 passed by the learned Special Judge, Raigad, in Special Case No.22/2022.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that he is Digitally signed by MANUSHREE NESARIKAR Date:
2025.08.13 15:09:02 +0530 from a poor financial background. He could not arrange for the MANUSHREE NESARIKAR services of a private Advocate. Therefore, he has filed his Appeal Nesarikar
2 / 2 10-IA-4357-24-IN-APEAL-ST-21844-24.odt with the help of Legal Services Authority of this Court. Initially, the matter was assigned to one Advocate, but he had returned the brief and then another Advocate from the panel was appointed. This has added to the delay in filing the Appeal. 3.
Learned APP does not have serious objection for condonation of delay.

Considering these submissions and in the interest of justice, the delay of 171 days in filing the Appeal is condoned. 5.
The Appeal be processed further.
