This is an Application for restoration of Criminal Writ Petition No. 1375 of 2024, which was dismissed for non-prosecution vide order dated 14th June 2024.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the matter was circulated when it was still on the stamp number, but 1/2

Considering this submission and in the interest of justice, the Application is allowed.

Criminal Writ Petition No. 1375 of 2024 is restored to its original file.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner is at liberty to get the matter circulated.

Application is disposed of accordingly.
