This is an Application for permission to travel to Srilanka (Colombo) for a period of eight days from 4.11.2024 to 11.11.2024. The Applicant is one of the accused in the FIR registered vide C.R. No.484/2024 dated 28.6.2022 at Chembur police station, Mumbai under sections 498-A, 406, 506 read with 34 of IPC. She is the sister-in-law of the first informant. She is seeking permission to visit Srilanka between the by PRADIPKUMAR PRAKASHRAO DESHMANE Date:

aforesaid period. In the past also she had preferred Interim Application [Stamp] No.15817/2024 in Criminal Writ Petition No.2724/2024. In that Application, vide order dated 5.8.2024 she was permitted to travel to Phuket via Singapore from 23.8.2024 to 6.9.2024. She had accordingly travelled and had returned back India.

Considering the past order dated 5.8.2024 passed in I.A.[Stamp] No.15817/2024, similar order can be passed even in this Application. Learned counsel appearing for the original first informant has no objection for passing of such order. Even learned APP does not have any objection. 3.
Hence, the following order:
:: O R D E R ::
i.
The Application is allowed.
ii.
The Applicant is permitted to travel to Srilanka (Colombo) between 4.11.2024 to 11.11.2024 on the following terms :
(a) The Applicant shall file an undertaking to return to India at the end of this period.

(b) The Applicant shall submit a detailed itinerary with her contact details and addresses where she will be visiting, to the concerned police station. (c) The Applicant shall inform the investigating agency of her return to India.
