The present Interim Application seek condonation of delay of 199 days in challenging the Judgment of the Additional Sessions Judge, Solapur, in Sessions Case No. 335 of 2014, thereby acquitting all the accused persons, from the charge under Section 498A and 304-B read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The Appeal filed by the complainant is accompanied with an Application for condonation of delay and Chaitanya
