This is an application for modification of condition No. (c) of the order dated 29th July 2024, whereby the applicant was directed to attend the Nashik Taluka Police Station, Dist: Nashik on every Saturday. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that considering the time period lapsed in between after the order was passed, this Court may modify the order, permitting the applicant to attend the concerned police station once in a month. 2.

Considering the purpose for which the condition (c) was imposed, I am of the opinion that the purpose would not be frustrated varsha

Accordingly, the condition no. (c) of the order dated 29th July 2024 is hereby modified and thereby the applicant is permitted to attend the concerned police station on 1st Sunday of each month between 10.00a.m. to 11.00a.m. till the conclusion of trial and other conditions shall remain as it is.

The Interim application is disposed of.
