Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that in clause (5) of the operative part of the order, this Court had directed that the Investigating Officer of the crime or deputed person on his behalf, to remain present with the applicant while making application for visa. Considering the submission of learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP, the said clause be substituted and be corrected as under :
